Zahra Delsine – Author Page

Zahra Delsine, a debut author, grew up in a small coastal town, where long winters and the sea’s icy stillness inspired her fascination with cold, desolate landscapes. Before writing Judex: Ceige and Sloane, she worked as a scientific illustrator, capturing the beauty of nature’s most fragile and intricate details—ice crystals, snow patterns, and arctic wildlife.

Her passion for storytelling emerged during quiet evenings spent reading speculative fiction and writing fragmented scenes in journals. Judex: Ceige and Sloane was born out of her desire to explore humanity’s resilience in hostile environments and the moral dilemmas faced in pursuit of survival.
Zahra is an advocate for environmental preservation and often incorporates themes of ecological fragility into her work.

She currently resides in a Vermont, surrounded by woods, where she draws inspiration from her natural surroundings and drafts her next novel.
